HOW IT WORKS...
Thank you for choosing Snead Builders, Inc. as your contractor. We include our customer as an integral part of the construction process, which allows you to enjoy each phase of the building experience and ensures that we complete your project to your specifications.
Plan, Budget & Design
Existing Plan – If you have a complete set of plans, we can provide a detailed bid. Specifications and allowance sheets will be attached with the bid.
Conceptual Plan – If you have an idea of the size, style, and type house you prefer, we can help you find pre-designed plans that match your criteria. Minor revisions can be made to meet your needs.
Custom Plan – We have affiliations with several custom design services to bring your ideas to life.
Budget - After the plan stage produces a complete set of drawings, we can then provide a comprehensive budget outlining the projected quote based upon specifications and allowances.
Design Selections - After the contract price is finalized and signed, we can recommend a list of vendors for you to make your interior and exterior selections. If desired, we will accompany you to assist with your selections. After a selection sheet is completed and submitted to us, it will be provided to the owner in an electronic PDF file.
Build
The Walk Through - After the framing is complete, a walk through is scheduled with the owner to review all the mechanicals prior to installation. This provides the opportunity to discuss the specifics related to the placement of utilities that occasionally cannot be realized until the space is framed. We will review electrical outlet placements, light placements, tile patterns, identify areas where heavy items may require the installation of additional supports and much more.
Quality Control Inspection - It is our goal to deliver a high quality home, addition, renovation or build out for each customer. We achieve this by spending time on the job site throughout the construction process. By being present, we are able to inspect work on an ongoing basis to avoid errors and ensure the highest standards of quality from inside out.
